MAIN PROVISIONS

 on delivery of goods to customers

 

TERMS OF DELIVERY

1. KUTP "Dom torgovli "Raduga", Baranovichi (hereinafter – the company) delivers goods in the city of Baranovichi and in nearby settlements within 70 km from the city.

2. Delivery of goods is carried out  on a paid basis according to the order, registered in the delivery log (Annex No.1). Payment is made upon order registration before loading the goods for delivery. If necessary, information about the delivery can be obtained on the company's website dtraduga.by.

3. The delivery cost is indicated in the Price List for the provision of services for the transportation of goods by motor transport KUTP "Dom torgovli "Raduga", Baranovichi (Annex No.2) and depends on the remoteness of the delivery point. The specific price and delivery date are agreed by the client with the company representative during order registration.

4. If the delivery of the goods was made within the established period, but the goods were not handed over to the customer through his fault, repeated delivery is made for new terms agreed with the company, provided that the customer has paid for the delivery service and reimbursement of expenses incurred by the company on the original delivery.

ATTENTION!In case of refusal to accept the goods delivered to the entrance/house of proper quality,the Customer is obliged to reimburse the Seller for all incurred expenses related to the delivery of the goods and their return from the customer.

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

    Monday-Friday from 10.00 to 16.00* (except for holidays (days off)). The company is entitled to independently limit the number of deliveries made during a working day.

*by agreement with the customer, orders can be delivered on a day and/or time not consistent with the indicated delivery schedule.

 

ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER!

    Delivery is carried out to the specified address to the entrance or house. Delivery to  the specified address obliges the customer to be at  the place at  the agreed  time.

    If circumstances arise that exclude the possibility of delivery within the agreed time (traffic jams, movement restrictions in the city, technical malfunction of the vehicle, traffic accident, abnormal for Belarus weather conditions and other force majeure circumstances not allowing physical delivery), the company representative will inform the customer within 30 minutes from the occurrence of these circumstances and will agree a different time and/or date of delivery.

 

COMPANY OBLIGATIONS

 The company is obliged: 

1. To deliver the goods to the place and within the time specified in this document, and in case of separate agreement of deadlines with the store representative, within the agreed dates.

2. To contact the customer no later than 30 minutes before the expected arrival at the address, and in case the time of the preliminary call was previously agreed with the company representative, no later than this period. If the company representative cannot reach the customer (the subscriber is unavailable, a voicemail is enabled or other cases not allowing to contact directly), the delivery is postponed to another working day of the store, but only by additional agreement with the customer.

3. To provide the customer with a document for signature confirming the fact of delivery  - "Delivery Order" (Annex No.3).

4. To be present during the customer’s inspection of the goods, but not more than 15 minutes from the time of arrival at the address. Factory packaging of the goods  is  not  opened before delivery to the customer.

Please do not delay the company representative without objective reasons.

The duties of the company representative who delivered the goods do not include: 

1. Installation, adjustment, assembly of goods; consultations on use and characteristics of goods.

2. Lifting goods to the floor.

3. Satisfaction of other requests of the customer, not specified among the company's duties, (including orders of other persons who are at the delivery address in a state of alcoholic or other intoxication) regardless of his social status, place of work and position held.
