Discount Program Regulations

1. General Provisions.
1.1. The start of the discount program is the moment an individual receives a discount card from KUTP "Dom Torgovli "Raduga", Baranovichi (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
1.2. The Company’s discount card is intended to provide a discount to its holder upon purchasing goods.
The discount using the discount card is provided for goods sold for cash payment, including payments by bank plastic cards, except for installment cards.
1.3. These discount program regulations apply to cards issued by the Company.
1.4. The discount card holder is entitled to:
- receive discounts on goods;
- participate in promotions held by the Company;
1.5. The discount is provided from the retail price of the goods.
1.6. The discount program is valid in all sections of the Company:
- Dom Torgovli "Raduga", Sovetskaya St., 65
- branch No.1, Lenina St., 53
1.7. All product groups participate in the discount program.
1.8. Discount cards are identified by an individual barcode, located on the back of the card.
1.9. Discount cards are considered goods and are sold at approved prices.
1.10. The validity period of the discount card is unlimited.
2. General Terms and Rules for Obtaining Discount Cards.
2.1. Activation of the discount card is carried out by employees of the Company authorized by the order of the Company’s director, prior to transferring it for sale.
2.2. Discount cards are sold in all sections of the Company.
2.3. The discount card is issued to the cardholder after payment and completing the application form.
2.4. Registration of discount card holders in the cardholders’ database is carried out by employees authorized by the order of the Company’s director.
2.5. By decision of the Company’s administration, on the basis of a written order (order or directive), a discount card may be granted to an individual as a gift.
2.6. The discount for the cardholder becomes available from the moment of sale of the card.
3. Rules for Using the Discount Card.
3.1. The discount card must be presented by the holder before paying for the purchase.
3.2. The discount amount is 5% of the retail price of the goods. The discount is provided on goods with a trade markup of at least 16%.
3.3. Discount card discounts do not apply to goods:
- sold on a cashless basis;
- sold on credit and/or in installments;
- sold using installment cards;
- participating in special or seasonal promotions;
- sold at reduced prices as a result of markdowns;
as well as upon purchasing gift certificates.
By decision of the Company's administration, the listed conditions may be changed.
3.4. The discount card holder has the right to temporarily transfer the discount card to another individual. In this case, third parties are entitled to the discount provided by the card.
4. Discount Card Replacement Procedure.
4.1. Lost or damaged discount cards (through the holder’s fault) cannot be restored.
The basis for issuing a new card is re-registration of the holder and payment for the card.
4.2. Cards unsuitable for further use (barcode unreadable or any other reasons) are replaced for the cardholder free of charge.
4.3. Replacement of discount cards is carried out on the day of the cardholder’s application, by the employees of the Company authorized by the director's order.
5. Note.
5.1. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend any clause of these Discount Program Regulations.
Changes to the regulations are made by the order or directive of the Company's management.
5.2. Lack of knowledge of these Regulations is not a reason for any claims from cardholders against the Company.

5.4. All disputes and disagreements arising in the process of using discount cards are resolved only with the discount card holder.
5.5. The Company is responsible for non-disclosure of personal data of discount card holders and for not transferring them to third parties.
