Order of purchasing gift certificates and rules for their use:
1. Certificates are sold at face value: 25, 50, 100 Belarusian rubles. Certificates with a face value of 10, 15, 20 Belarusian rubles are sold only by cashless payment.
2. For automated accounting and control, each certificate is issued as a plastic card and has a unique barcode in EAN-13 format 241XXXXXXXXX.
3. The seller of the Certificate is KUTP "Dom torgovli "Raduga", Baranovichi (hereinafter - the Company). UNP 200166541
4. Sale of Certificates by the Company is carried out at the addresses: Baranovichi, Sovetskaya St., 65; Baranovichi, Lenina St., 53.
5. The validity period of the gift certificate is 12 months from the moment of its sale.
6. Certificates are sold for cash and cashless payment and are activated at the time of sale.
7. Activation of the Certificate confirms that its holder has fully read all terms and conditions of sale and use of the Certificate, and agrees to these terms.
8. When selling the Certificate, the purchaser receives the Certificate, a cash receipt (cash receipt order, goods and transport invoice) for the amount of money paid.
9. The certificate is not nominal and can be transferred to third parties.
10. The certificate is not subject to return or exchange for money.
11. The certificate may be used fully or partially in one or several sections of the Company, during the validity period.
12. Combining multiple Certificates is allowed.
13. If the cost of the goods exceeds the certificate’s face value, the difference is paid by the Certificate presenter in cash or by cashless payment (except for installment cards) at the place of purchase of the goods.
14. Warranty service, exchange and return of proper and/or improper quality goods sold using the Certificate are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
15. Promotions, discounts and other events conducted by the Company apply to goods purchased using the Certificate.
16. In case of loss, theft, or damage of the Certificate, making it impossible to identify, such Certificate is not restored, not exchanged for a new one, and money, equal to the nominal value of the Certificate, is not refunded.
17. Upon expiration of the Certificate’s validity period, it becomes invalid.
18. By decision of the Company’s director or an authorized representative, the Certificate’s validity period can be extended, after its expiration, for up to 1 month.
